Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

By accessing, registering for, or using VPNVR, users confirm that they have read and accepted these terms. Users must have the legal capacity required to use the service. If they disagree with any part of these terms, they must stop using the relevant account, subscription, and network resources.

Service Scope and Features

VPNVR provides subscription services for cross-border access, international websites, and improved network path quality across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service includes account management, subscription delivery, route connections, client download access, and related technical support. The routes, protocols, and platform capabilities available at any given time are those shown in the user panel and client.

VPNVR currently covers 110+ countries and 230+ routes. Routes may change because of maintenance, network conditions, regional resource adjustments, or upstream link changes. Coverage describes the overall service scale; it does not mean that every route will always suit every website, application, or network environment, nor does it guarantee continuous access to any particular third-party service.

Account and Subscription Rules

Registration requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and other activity under their accounts. Login credentials must not be publicly posted, transferred for shared use, or used to bypass normal subscription management through account sharing.

The service has no limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices. Users may use one active subscription on compatible devices they manage personally. This does not permit reselling, renting, splitting, distributing route resources, or providing paid, bulk, or public access to others in any form. Subscriptions are for reasonable use by the purchaser, and usage rights do not transfer when account credentials are handed to another party.

Users must not copy, modify, or interfere with service delivery mechanisms, attempt to obtain resources beyond their account permissions, or use automation to send requests to accounts, routes, or the user panel that could affect normal operation.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is actually used. They are responsible for confirming that their accessed content, network activity, and data handling meet those requirements. VPNVR does not participate in transactions, publishing, transmission, or storage conducted by users through third-party websites or applications.

The service must not be used to infringe others’ lawful rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, commit fraud, harass others, send unsolicited bulk messages, infringe intellectual property, or engage in other unlawful activity. Users must also follow the rules of third-party platforms they access. Any action those platforms take regarding an account, content, or access method is determined independently by the platform.

Availability and Liability

Network access performance may be affected by the user’s network, device condition, route distance, congestion, third-party service policies, and infrastructure maintenance. VPNVR schedules and maintains routes according to available resources, but does not promise uninterrupted service or identical performance across all routes and environments.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNVR is not liable for indirect losses arising from connection issues, access changes, or data loss caused by device configuration, the user’s own network, third-party platform changes, public network failures, force majeure, or other events beyond reasonable control. Users should back up important data and confirm their current connection before carrying out sensitive operations.

Suspension and Termination

If an account involves subscription resale, public credential sharing, interference with service operation, infringement of others’ rights, unlawful activity, or another serious breach of these terms, VPNVR may restrict relevant features, suspend route access, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. Emergency risk measures may be taken first to protect platform resources and other users.

Users may stop using the service and manage their existing account and subscription in the user panel. Termination does not affect responsibilities incurred before termination, nor does it affect lawful-use obligations, liability limits, or dispute provisions that by their nature should remain effective.

Changes and Refund Guidance

VPNVR may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page together with a revised last-updated date. Important changes affecting user rights may also be announced on the site or in the user panel. Continued use after an update means that the user accepts the revised terms.

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. See the Refund Policy for the applicable scope, request process, and handling rules.
