Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how VPNVR handles data while providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services. Processing is limited to operating the service, completing orders, keeping accounts available, and meeting necessary obligations. Continuing to use the website or user panel means you have read this policy.
Data We Collect
No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. The registration process does not request an email address. Account data includes the username, authentication credentials, and account status, which are used to identify the account, process logins, and provide purchased services.
When you purchase a plan or traffic package, the system stores order records, including the selected item, amount due, payment status, creation time, and a transaction identifier linked to the account. These records support subscription delivery, order inquiries, payment verification, and refund disputes.
The website may process basic access analytics, such as visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, and approximate network region. This information helps identify page failures, assess content usability, and improve navigation; it is not used to build browsing profiles. Text, screenshots, and diagnostic information voluntarily submitted in a ticket are also handled as support records.
Processing Purposes and Scope
Account data is used for authentication, subscription delivery, and account security management; order data supports payment confirmation, billing checks, and after-sales support; access analytics helps maintain website performance and identify abnormal requests; ticket content is used only to address the issues raised by users.
VPNVR processes data only as far as necessary for these purposes. Except when completing payments, meeting necessary obligations, or responding to valid legal processes, account and order data is not provided to unrelated parties, and information that can identify an account is not sold.
No-Logs Policy
VPNVR does not record which websites users access, store content, request bodies, or history that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. When providing network acceleration services, VPNVR does not create long-term connection histories linked to accounts.
The route system may temporarily process technical information necessary to complete a transfer while a connection is active, but this information is not used to track access destinations. If a user requests troubleshooting, the support process handles only the submitted diagnostic materials and clears temporary connection information that is no longer needed after the issue is closed. Order records, account login security events, and route content logs are separate categories and are not combined into browsing records.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Payments
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary session information. These data help maintain a login and restore user choices. If necessary storage is disabled, login, order viewing, or subscription access may not work properly.
Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment services, and VPNVR does not directly store complete authentication details for third-party payment accounts. Third parties may process information required for a transaction under their own rules; users should also review the applicable service's privacy terms before submitting payment. VPNVR receives and stores the payment result, transaction identifier, and order status needed to complete an order.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account data is retained while the account remains active to maintain login access and subscription delivery. Order records are retained for as long as necessary to process transactions, refunds, disputes, and required billing matters. Access analytics is stored only as needed to maintain the website; when it no longer serves a purpose, it is deleted or aggregated into data that cannot directly identify an account.
Users can log in to the user panel and submit an account deletion request through Tickets. After the request is verified, account information that is no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified. If some order records must be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve an outstanding dispute, or prevent duplicate transactions, their use will be restricted and they will be cleared when the retention basis ends. Account deletion does not require an email address that was not provided during registration.
User Rights and Policy Updates
Users can view key account and order information in the user panel and use a ticket to request corrections to inaccurate account data, an explanation of processing, or deletion. To prevent someone else from acting on an account, requests involving account data must first complete account verification.
VPNVR uses access controls and transmission safeguards appropriate to each data category, and limits processing permissions to work required for operations, payment verification, or support. All networks and storage systems carry inherent risks, and users should also protect their usernames, passwords, and subscription information.
This policy may be updated when service features, data practices, or applicable rules change. After an update, the “Last updated” date on this page will change; material changes to processing purposes or user rights will be highlighted on the website or user panel. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies.
